In this work, led by Mª Angeles Romero Rodríguez, Mª Lourdes Vázquez Odériz and Nieves Muñoz Ferreiro, the degree of knowledge and consumption of Galician products covered by Protected Designation of Origin and Protected Geographical Indication in the municipality of A Coruña has been studied.
